I desperately want this show to come out on DVD though....
If anyone knows how to make a petition at www.petitiononline.com (I think that's the right URL) do you wanna help me out? LOL!

Yes, more merchandise would be nice, especially DVD releases with extras.
At the moment I can only put forward as a piece of UNOFFICIAL merchandise is my collection of vhs transfered DVD copies. They're ok, but nothing compared to what the BBC could release.
Other ideas for merchandise could be a 3rd series, plastic promotional top hats with the logo on the bands, Brian May's rendition released as a single - in fact, a whole album would be great as the series does feature a huge amount of music and popular songs. T-Shirts, caps, a book about the series, Pikey Pops soft drink sold at 5.00pounds!

LOL! Indeed There's so much that could be done for this show... we need to write to Rhys Thomas and tell him we'll be his marketing/merchandising people, hehe!
FATFP action figures! Arwell with his Fiat Panda, Ivor freaking out over a dead body, Percy dressed up like Freddie Mercury, and Gwynne... as Gwynne...

Hey, that idea about Arwell and his Panda could be good for Corgi Toys. They are releasing TV inspired toy cars with matching little figures too, maybe we could see Arwell on the way with his Panda (lets not forget the coffin tied to the roof as well )
